We offer full-service design for new construction projects, meaning that we have the skill to oversee the entire process—both the creative and the practical. The end result is a stress-free process and a completely custom home.
THE PROCESS
Every project begins with a one-on-one phone call, in which we learn more about our client's unique goals for their new home. We take that information and begin forming initial design concepts that we present to our client for their review. Once approved, we get started bringing our vision to life by enlisting the help of architects, contractors, and trades, and selecting the hardscapes that will make up the home. As construction begins, we begin sourcing the fixtures, furnishings, and accessories to be installed later. Throughout the project, we make frequent site visits to ensure our shared vision is being executed. When construction wraps, we bring in the furnishings and elements that add warmth and character—textiles, linens, window treatments, artwork, and accessories. We style each room for real life and invite our clients home for the big reveal.
